Job summary

TAGGED RESOURCES in Solihull is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Administrator to join our fast-expanding fashion business. You will upload products to Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and other platforms, ensuring accurate details and appealing presentation.

You will collaborate with product and brand teams, manage catalogue issues, analyse shipping costs, and help translate catalogues for Europe to support launches. Strong Excel skills and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excel experience for data handling and reporting.
• Experience with online retailers and their administration requirements.
• Good organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and grammatical ability.
• An interest in E-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Uploading products to selling platforms, ensuring details are accurate and presented properly.
• Problem solving catalogue issues such as trademark, compliance and image issues.
• Analysing shipping costs and category fees to secure best rates.
• Working with product and brand teams to ensure products are set up ahead of launches.
• Using translation tools to duplicate catalogue across Europe.
