Job summary

WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director for Commerce in the UK to lead multi-brand eCommerce campaigns across platforms, acting as the main activation contact for clients and overseeing a team. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on management to meet client objectives and KPIs.

You will manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional deliverables, while developing junior colleagues and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign set-up across media platforms.
• Strong grasp of strategic and tactical eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Proven project, leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily client liaison and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee team workflow from brief to post-campaign analysis and optimisation.
• Develop client objectives, KPIs and long-term optimisation plans.
• Recruiting and developing team talent to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and throughput.
