SThree is seeking an ECM Payroll Business Partner Manager in the United Kingdom to lead payroll partnership activities, drive service performance, and act as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders. The role operates on a hybrid model with a Monday-Friday shift pattern (13:30-22:00).

The successful candidate will oversee payroll governance, compliance, and continuous improvement, analyse payroll data for insights, and manage relationships with internal and external providers.

We're seeking an ECM Payroll Business Partner Manager to lead payroll partnership activities, drive service performance, and act as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders. The shift pattern for this role is: Monday-Friday 13:30-22:00
