Job Description

As a program manager, you are responsible for planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of multiple projects within scope. You will oversee all projects in HR offering a PMO service, identifying resource issues and constraints.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Conduct program planning activities and manage resource execution and deliverables according to plan.
  2. Budget planning and cost management.
  3. Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions for successful outcomes.
  4. Manage conflicting project priorities, identify risks.
  5. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations.
  7. Communicate a clear project vision and motivate the team.
  8. Ensure proper use of methodology, tools, and procedures.
  9. Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events.
  10. Perform project management reviews and mentor other project managers.
  11. Maintain project documentation and internal reports.
  12. Participate in developing project management best practices.
  13. Run testing cycles and report status throughout the process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of system project management experience, preferably in HR Systems implementation.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as charters, plans, reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Experience managing issues, scope, and quality to bring projects to successful completion within cost and time constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, project management, or design thinking.
