Role Overview: Lead the planning and maintenance of domestic hot and cold water systems, mechanical systems (LTHW, CT, VT), piped medical gas, and compressed air. Ensure compliance with HTMs and provide technical expertise in hydrotherapy pools and microbiological water management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Mechanical Supervisor to deliver comprehensive maintenance services.
  • Perform reactive repairs and maintenance on various mechanical systems.
  • Service and replace components such as taps, pumps, valves, and calorifiers.
  • Utilize PDA technology for compliance tracking and documentation.
  • Contribute to the operational risk register and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing and heating systems.
  • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent).
  • Experience with wet heating systems and diagnostic tools.
  • Proficiency in Health and Safety/CDM management.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
