Job description

Scope of Work
  • Technicians should possess either site/data center knowledge or relevant certifications to handle network tasks and wireless Access Point installation at height.
  • Technicians must have basic network knowledge to support remote resolver groups or to handle detailed service requests as described under the scope section.
  • Technicians should consider the following when visiting site/data center/network rooms:
Requirements for Site Survey Engineer
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in conducting physical and active wireless surveys, including report preparation.
  • Must carry their own laptop equipped with survey tools.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language of the respective country.
  • Necessary health and safety certifications applicable in the respective countries.
  • Appropriate safety gear such as helmets, goggles, safety shoes, and reflective jackets based on requirements.
  • Legal license to work at heights, as per local regulations.
  • Device with hotspot or mobile data pack to ensure remote access without relying on client internet.
  • Experience in identifying and installing various types of passive cables and SFPs.
  • Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting at L1 level is an advantage.
