Job summary

Busy Bees Bottle Lake is seeking a Certificated teacher to lead and support early learning within a warm, community-focused team. You will plan engaging experiences using Te Whāriki, document progress, and celebrate tamariki development while fostering belonging and wellbeing.

The role requires NZ ECE or Primary teaching qualification, current NZ Teaching Council registration, and strong communication with whānau. Residency or valid NZ work visa is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised NZ ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current NZ Teaching Council registration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, positive approach and strong professional integrity.
• Familiar with Te Whāriki and early learning principles.
• Comfortable using digital platforms to document learning and connect with families.
