Job Description:

On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide onsite Infrastructure support, Network installation and project work for a variety of customers.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• 2nd Line IT Support.
• Office administration.
• Network Infrastructure installation & support (including Firewalls, switching, routing, VLANs).
• Cloud Infrastructure management (Microsoft Azure virtual machines, VPNs, networking and 3CX PBX hosting).
• Hyper-V management.
• On-premises to Cloud migrations.
• Server and Cloud backup management, disaster recovery and testing.
• Antivirus threat monitoring and remediation, vulnerability and risk remediation.
• Patch management of servers, endpoints and networking devices.

Required experience in the following:

• Proven experience working in a Service Desk environment or IT Support role.
• Networking knowledge (Routing, VPN, Firewall policy management, VLAN).
• Microsoft Azure (Ideally migrations from On-prem to Azure).
• Office , Microsoft Exchange.
• Domain management.
