Job description

Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter.

1. Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
2. Maintain a neat and tidy stock room, restock products from deliveries.
3. Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products.
4. Build strong knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to offer effective recommendations.
