We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 12 hours per week.

Role Overview

Shift Patterns

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervising a team and creating a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment.
3. Being a responsible key holder.
4. Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties.
5. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
6. Placing orders to maintain correct stock levels.
7. Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive.
8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
9. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
