Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.

Shift patterns will be variable shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
2. Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported
3. Be a responsible key holder
4. Assist with weekly paperwork and other necessary duties
5. Create weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
6. Order stock to maintain correct stock levels
7. Delegate tasks where necessary and ensure the team is proactive
8. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
9. Comply with Health & Safety regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
