We’re seeking a Senior Quality Engineer who’s passionate about embedding quality standards into key areas of software development. You will play a crucial role in shaping our enterprise SaaS platform, especially in the Operational Experience space—covering onboarding processes, ETL workflows, and backend systems.
You must be able to operate confidently at senior or lead level, designing and evolving test frameworks, mentoring teams, and driving quality automation across critical components. You’ll utilize modern practices like shift-left testing, continuous testing, and continuous deployment.
This isn’t just a QA role — it’s an opportunity to tackle complex, large-scale problems within a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture that values ownership, teamwork, and innovation. Ideally, you’ll have experience leading or mentoring others, fostering a team sport ethos among engineers.
What We’re Looking For
? Extensive experience in test automation and software engineering, operating at senior or lead level
? Proven experience testing systems involving onboarding, ETL workflows, and third-party integrations
️ Deep understanding of automated QA in continuous deployment environments
? Strong knowledge of REST APIs, CI pipelines, and relational databases
️ Experience working with cloud environments like AWS or Azure
? A background in financial services or data-heavy operations is a bonus
