Lead Installer – Heat Pumps - £45 - £55K

A newly established, innovative business in the Heat Pump market is seeking a Lead Installer to join their team. This role offers strong progression opportunities. You will be responsible for installing Heat Pumps on domestic properties throughout North and West London. The company is looking for someone who can grow with the business and eventually manage the service and installation side of the company. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Lead Installers duties:

1. Carry out in-home technical surveys and heat loss calculations.
2. Design high-quality ASHP systems for homes and small businesses, following MCS standards and best practices.
3. Manage and lead all on-site installations.
4. Act as the face of the company on-site — building trust with customers, clearly explaining the process, and ensuring a great experience throughout.
5. Help recruit and train new installation team members as the company grows — mentoring them to uphold standards.

Lead Installers salary: £45–£55K depending on experience. The company provides a van (or an allowance for using your own vehicle), tools, PPE, and all the support needed to do your best work.
