The Role

The Programmatic Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling digital advertising solutions via Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), identifying commercial opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic programmatic partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a robust sales strategy targeting DSPs and programmatic buyers
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key contacts at DSPs, ad exchanges, and media agencies
  • Presenting compelling advertising solutions that showcase the platform’s advanced capabilities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure product-market fit and seamless client delivery
  • Negotiating and closing deals, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Staying current with ad tech trends and adapting strategies accordingly

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 3+ years in programmatic advertising sales, ideally selling into UK-based DSPs
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of RTB, Open RTB protocols, and the broader programmatic ecosystem
  • Sales Ability: Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure
  • Communication: Confident presenter and communicator, skilled in building long-term relationships
