A leading legal organization in Cornwall is seeking a Criminal Lawyer to manage a diverse caseload in prosecutions. This role offers excellent training, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work flexibly from home 2-3 days a week. Ideal candidates will have a passion for criminal law and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of criminal and prosecution matters, combining court advocacy with advisory work on complex and sensitive issues. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in prosecutions and contribute to securing justice for victims.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers holding a valid practising certificate in England and Wales, who have resided in the UK for at least five years. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments, and strong decision-making skills. Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and a genuine passion for this field.
