Senior Talent Sourcing Partner | High-Growth Tech Environment

Great sourcing is more than filling roles—it’s about shaping a company’s future. If you're a data-savvy, proactive sourcing partner who knows how to find needles in haystacks and convert them into business-critical talent, this is where your skills will thrive.

We're looking for a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner to help us scale intelligently across EMEA. You’ll work closely with recruiters and business leaders to design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies—combining research, storytelling, and relationship-building to surface the right candidates, fast.

The Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £80,000 - £90,000 pa DOE
  • Role will start on a 6-month contract which will likely extend
  • Remote working in London

What You’ll Do

  • Partner deeply with recruiters and business stakeholders to understand strategic hiring goals
  • Build targeted pipelines for critical roles across EMEA, including emerging markets
  • Apply tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron to inform strategy and market approach
  • Engage directly with passive talent, crafting compelling outreach and conducting initial assessments
  • Deliver market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and location strategy
  • Maintain a strong presence in the talent ecosystem, proactively networking and tracking key movers in the market

  • A proven track record in talent sourcing across pan-EMEA markets
  • Strong research and talent intelligence capabilities with an eye for actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills—you know how to turn a role into a narrative that lands
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Learning agility and curiosity—you understand systems like Workday or pick them up fast
  • Organized, self-directed, and customer-obsessed
