Inviting applications for the role of Life Sciences Advisory- Manager -English!
In this role, your responsibilities include being part of a team supporting our Advisory Partners to lead and execute strategic projects, with leading companies, to drive transformation through our Digital, Analytics and Consultative capabilities with our industry leading methodologies.
Responsibilities
· Partner with Advisory Partners or Directors to establish and maintain relationships with client project & engagement stakeholders.
· Provide relationship management support and leverage to Advisory Partners such as managing meeting agendas, recording minutes and documenting actions/follow-ups.
· Provide business development support and leverage to Advisory Partners
· Support business development by crafting case studies to support in further business development
· Create & edit PowerPoint presentations, solidify business requirements, and design solutions
· Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients
· Partner with clients to provide analysis and identify/document improvement opportunities
· Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for our clients
· Handle project management activities including planning, reporting scope management, dependencies, risks, issues, costs, and resources in the project
· Execute project activities and produce deliverables in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) agreements
· Create project status reports for executive level representation and calls out issues on a timely basis
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management
· Relevant years of consulting experience
· Experience with MIRO, MS Visio, and various project management applications
· Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
· Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques
· Knowledge of project planning techniques
· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
· Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – verbal and written
· Excellent presentation skills – in person & virtually
· Ability to work effectively in team environments
· Able to create & maintain relationship easily
· Ability to thrive in ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management
· Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains
· Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends within industry
