Location: Bitton

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30 – 14.30

Salary: £31,200 pro rata

An opportunity has arisen to join a successful, family-owned company in Bitton. We’re looking for an experienced office administrator with an organised and proactive nature. You will be joining a successful, family-owned business, situated within a relaxed and peaceful environment.

As an Office Administrator. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent telephone manners and a proactive approach to customer management.

This exciting opportunity for growth, to expand and grow the role so there is an opportunity for progression to be driven by you.

Main Duties

·Provide administrative support to the director.

·Contact customers to introduce yourself to and gather key information.

·Email correspondence

·Oversee TV Airtime campaigns from start to finish.

·Process orders and send invoices.

·Maintain strong client and supplier relationships and ensure smooth campaign management.

·Uploading commercials ready for broadcast.

·Office management tasks such as ordering stationery and supplies.

·Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

·Excellent telephone communication skills.

·Strong attention to detail.

·Ability to multitask and manage campaigns efficiently.

·Tech savvy with experience of using MS office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

·Previous experience in administration or sales support is desirable.
