As a Store Manager And Corporate B2b Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Local Networking
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with local external stakeholders (service providers, shopping center management, etc.) and suggest actions to foster collaboration and negotiate the best conditions for our company's positioning and business.
- Track market trends, local retail initiatives, and competitors' actions to develop the business and shape company strategies.
- Provide the company with market trend information, identify opportunities and threats, and suggest actions.
- Promote the company as a reliable B2B supplier for custom-made and promotional apparel items.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
Business Results & Efficiency
- Provide excellent omnichannel customer service and supervise the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Analyze commercial indicators, define action plans, and take timely actions.
- Supervise CRM activities to maximize their effectiveness.
- Handle complaints properly.
- Plan and allocate store activities efficiently to maximize team productivity.
- Analyze work quality, service standards, and adherence to procedures.
- Supervise warehouse stock levels, coordinating with Merchandising and the Field Coach.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitors, sharing insights with the team.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
- Present and promote corporate items, including branded merchandise and promotional products.
- Conduct product presentations to decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Area Manager.
Talent Management & Acquisition
- Set and monitor quantitative and qualitative targets, conducting performance evaluations and development plans.
- Organize staff meetings to share results, gather feedback, and align goals.
- Motivate and inspire the team, encouraging collaboration.
- Coach team members for professional growth and high motivation.
- Ensure effective onboarding for new hires.
- Supervise and enhance training processes, collaborating with the Academy.
- Participate in recruitment, promoting the company Referral program.
- Plan vacations to meet business needs without compromising efficiency.
- Manage internal conflicts with HR support.
- Foster a corporate culture of collaboration, trust, and belonging.
You are the perfect match if you:
- Have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager in a Menswear brand.
- Possess strong knowledge of Menswear products.
- Can build a local network effectively.
- Are a natural seller, highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs).
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
- Are flexible to work on weekends.
- Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Are fluent in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
