Job Description:

Overview: As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you will oversee the LDP Operational Teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. Your role involves supervising teams from work handover to project completion, focusing on safety, programme adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise delivery teams during works, including site setup, gas operations, backfill, reinstatement, and site completion.
2. Attend sites to communicate the Construction Phase Plan, RAMS, and brief team leaders on responsibilities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CDM, IGEM) and Cadent standards.
3. Manage street works permits in accordance with NRSWA, including traffic management and permit conditions, and document reinstatement completion.
4. Meet client and operational requirements professionally and efficiently.
5. Collaborate with Customer Liaison Officers to engage with customers and minimize disruptions.
6. Provide regular reports and ensure service level objectives are met.
7. Contribute positively to the team by providing solutions and embracing change.
8. Report safety issues following company procedures.

Experience and Qualifications:

• SHEA (Gas)
• NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)
• SCO 1, 2 & 5 (preferred)
• IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
• NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager’s appreciation
