A leading housing association is seeking a Benefits & Financial Inclusions Officer to join their Income Team. Our client, a housing association is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Benefits & Financial Inclusions Officer in the Income Team. Job Title: Benefits & Financial Inclusions Officer
Hours: 28 hours a week
Location: Finsbury Park, N4 2DR
Salary: £29,985 pro rata (£37,481 full time equivalent) and is for 28 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
This role is based at the association's Head Office but there is some flexibility to work in a hybrid way if preferred.

You will work closely with the housing teams to ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards and help the residents to sustain their tenancy.
This role will play a key role in enhancing the association's customer journey, offering creative solutions and driving continuous improvement.
