Overview

As a Customer Experience Leader (CEL) at McDonald’s, you are the face of hospitality in the restaurant. You create feel-good moments by connecting with customers and ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, seamless, and friendly experience from the moment they enter to the moment they leave. This role blends customer service, hospitality, and operational excellence to enhance guest satisfaction and promote a culture of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Engage Guests: Welcome all customers with energy, friendliness, and professionalism. Proactively approach guests to offer assistance, answer questions, and provide a personalized experience.
  • Hospitality and Atmosphere: Maintain a clean, inviting, and comfortable dining environment. Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues in real-time to exceed expectations.
  • Order Assistance: Support guests at self-order kiosks, mobile order pickup, and traditional counter service. Offer guidance on menu options, promotions, and customization.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns with empathy and effectiveness. Use feedback to improve overall guest satisfaction and elevate service standards.
  • Promote Products & Services: Inform customers about new items, loyalty programs (e.g., MyMcDonald’s Rewards), and digital ordering tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front counter crew to ensure orders are accurate, timely, and complete. Support drive-thru and dine-in operations as needed.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent McDonald's core values—service, inclusion, integrity, and community. Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
