Job Description:

This role is within our Real Estate team, covering environment, project planning, real estate finance, and litigation. The team advises on all property lifecycle stages, including construction, development, energy, infrastructure, hotel and leisure, investment, landlord and tenant matters, planning, environment, and property litigation.

Responsibilities
  • Diary management, including appointments, meetings, and logistics.
  • File management, electronic filing, and email handling.
  • Client liaison, message taking, and query handling.
  • Collaborate with secretarial support to assist fee earners and clients.
  • Manage billing and financial reports for partners.
  • Handle legal documentation and correspondence professionally.
  • Oversee document production from start to finish.
  • Organize conference calls and prepare client documents.
  • Maintain CRM systems and support marketing activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage searches.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed and be flexible with working hours.
Experience and Knowledge
  • Proven legal secretary/PA experience in real estate.
  • Excellent diary management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Teamwork and high typing accuracy (at least 65 wpm).
  • Proficiency with legal document production and case management systems.
