Hi there, this is Mila Read from Found Legal, where we specialise in in-house technology lawyer recruitment.

My client is a global software company looking to hire a Senior Commercial Technology lawyer at 8+ PQE level.

Location / Remote

The company's offices are just outside West London (30-40 min from Waterloo).

The team meets once every 1-2 weeks in the office.

The office is in a nice location by the river with a garden and outdoor lunch area.

The role can be hybrid or remote for the right candidate (based in the UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium where the company also has offices).

Company

A B2B software company serving other tech companies, with approximately 2,500 employees worldwide.

Headquartered in Europe (no US late-night calls).

The legal team has about 10-12 lawyers.

Established 30 years ago, growing 20% annually.

Role

This is an international (EMEA) commercial technology lawyer role, with 70-80% of work focused on supporting sales activities.

Legal works closely with Sales, involved early in projects, and is well-respected within the company.

About you

Seeking an experienced commercial technology lawyer with 8+ years of experience.

In-house experience or client secondments supporting Tech/Software vendors or IT services companies is preferred.

A strong technical lawyer, skilled in drafting and negotiation, especially with bespoke contracts.
