Job Title: Band 5 Nurse - Learning Disability

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 5 Nurse to work as part of the Aberdeen City Community Learning Disability Team to achieve positive and effective health outcomes for people with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Registered Learning Disability Nurse (Level 1)
2. Experience in both inpatient and community settings (preferred)
3. Knowledge of evidence-based interventions
4. Understanding of legislation relevant to the client group
5. Advanced communication skills
6. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team (advantageous)

Additional Requirements:

• Current full driving license and access to a car for work purposes
