Job description

Job Title: Band 5 Nurse - Community Learning Disability Team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 5 Nurse to work as part of the Aberdeen City Community Learning Disability Team to achieve positive and effective health outcomes for people with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• First-level Registered Learning Disability Nurse, ideally with experience in both inpatient and community settings.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience of providing evidence-based interventions.
• Good knowledge of legislation relevant to this client group.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team is advantageous.

Requirements:

• Current full driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
