If you're a patient-focused Treatment Coordinator looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Brighton - Portman Smile Clinic.

• Full-time hours available - 40hours per week
• Typical shifts areMonday - Friday 8am - 5pm

It is clear that our patients appreciate our caring approach to them. We take a personal interest as individuals as well as in patient orthodontic treatment and we aim to build up a strong and trusting working relationship with them.

About you

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor would be desirable. We also welcome your application if you have sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
• A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
• Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care
