Smith School, School of Geography and the Environment, South Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3QY. Join the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment (SSEE) at the University of Oxford and play a key role in accelerating the global transition to sustainability. We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Education Programme Coordinator to help expand our world-class executive education programmes. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of bespoke courses for high-level clients—both online and in-person—ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics and budgets, and building strong relationships with faculty, speakers, and participants to ensure impactful programmes. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a passion for sustainability and education. Flexibility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential. Join a team shaping the future of enterprise, governance, and the environment.

This post is fixed term for 2 years from the start date, with a possible extension depending on funding approval.

Offered on a full-time basis, although 0.8 FTE is also considered.
