To be successful in the role, you’ll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. You’ll champion our mission and values to create our Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. You’ll understand your market, get to know the competition, and identify opportunities to drive store profitability and your business forward. You’ll be an ambassador for our partner networks, ensuring our partners feel they belong.
The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! As a store leader, working in one of our dynamic stores, you’ll set the example and lead from the front on shift. A typical day could include:

All retail partners start with an introductory training program led by in-store trainers and coaches, immersing them in Starbucks culture and setting them up for success. These programs are delivered in-store and support on-the-job learning with managerial guidance.
