The company focuses on providing high-quality ingredient solutions to various sectors, including the meat processing industry.

About the job:

Fibrisol is looking for a sales manager to strengthen our sales team. Accounts to be managed are in UK and Ireland in the market segment of Meat, Poultry and Seafood (MPS). This role involves managing customers, meeting sales targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with various departments to ensure positive business development, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage sales to allocated accounts in UK and Ireland
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with meat processors and related businesses.
  • Conduct market research for new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Execute sales campaigns for MPS/ APS (Alternative protein solution) products.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve set commercial goals.
  • Understand customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to tailor ingredient solutions to customer needs.
  • Initiate, lead and complete opportunities and new product developments with customers to
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report sales progress to management

About you:

  • Located in UK mainland
  • Proven experience of +3 years in sales in the food ingredient and meat processing industry in UK
  • Strong sales skills in opening and developing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the meat processing industry in the UK and Ireland.
  • Existing network into the UK meat processing industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge in using SFDC and SAP is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the UK and Ireland as required.
