We are delighted to confirm that we have an internal opportunity within the Business Team for a Curriculum Cluster Leader on a fixed term basis for the Academic Year 25/26.

About the Role

As Cluster Leader, you will:

• Lead a team of teachers and support staff to deliver exceptional outcomes in Business, Economics and Accounting.
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment through coaching, mentoring, and curriculum development.
• Drive continuous improvement, manage resources, and contribute to strategic planning alongside the Director of Faculty.
• Promote your Cluster internally and externally, championing its achievements and innovations.

Teaching Responsibilities

You will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons whilst c reating an inclusive environment that challenges and inspires students. You'll play a key role in planning curriculum, supporting student progress, and promoting academic excellence.
