Qualifications

You will have expertise in:

• Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (Essential)
• Oracle HCM Cloud – Absence Management or Benefits or Compensation Workbench (Desirable)
• Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
• Conducting design workshops and documenting solutions.

Additional skills include creating sales responses, pre-sales demos, OTBI reporting, and SQL knowledge. Excellent communication skills are essential.
