This is an excellent opportunity for AWS Security Architect professionals to be part of leading-edge technology projects. Cognizant’s Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Services Practice provides end-to-end solutions covering architecture, design, implementation, management, and ongoing support across the entire enterprise technology infrastructure. Our services include management, consulting, and systems integration to help clients maximize infrastructure value while optimizing performance and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining AWS Security Standards, Best Practices, and thought leadership.
• Managing incidents, changes, and security incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Monitoring the estate with Datadog, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail; proactively responding to alerts.
• Reviewing and remediating security vulnerabilities promptly.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, knowledge articles, and security standards.
• Providing BAU support as needed.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in ITIL and Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, ELB, ECS, S3, Config, CloudTrail, EFS, Lambda, VPC, and Identity Center.
• Knowledge of security services like AWS Firewall Manager, Network Firewall, and AWS WAF.
• Familiarity with security services such as Security Hub, Macie, Inspector, Trust Advisor, GuardDuty, and Security Lake.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues across all levels.
• Must have (or be eligible for) SC Clearance.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Docker or container systems.
• Knowledge of Chef.
• AWS or RHEL certification.
