Have a fantastic reputation in the Projects and Energy sectors and are seeking an ambitious Projects & Energy solicitor to join their thriving Bristol or Birmingham offices.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to join this highly experienced Energy & Projects team, which has an enviable track record of delivering complex projects and energy transactions within both the public and private sectors.

You will be involved in providing legal support to your clients, ranging from project developers and project companies to local authorities and sub-contractors, on a host of different contractual and partnership arrangements. You will also advise on governance issues and help clients operate in accordance with all relevant regulatory frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will be a Projects or Energy lawyer with experience advising public or private sector clients on transactions within this growing sector. Lawyers with backgrounds in construction, commercial, or procurement would also be of interest.

Experience in energy from waste projects would be particularly valuable.

You should be an enthusiastic lawyer with strong technical skills, capable of understanding and working through complex issues, and eager to embed yourself in this expanding and pivotal sector.
