Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform preventive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

The role involves working 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts, alternating between early shifts (6am-6pm) and late shifts (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and station communication systems
• Using IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for tasks and updates

Ideal candidate:

This is an entry-level role suitable for hands-on individuals eager to learn, with experience or understanding of Network Rail safety procedures.

Key requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Familiarity with O365 and IT skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shifts, alternating early and late shifts
