Your future duties and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support our client through digital transformation and strategic workforce planning. Working on-site, supporting Product Owners in a Scaled Agile environment, you will leverage your benefits analysis and business modelling skills to ensure technology and organizational evolution are aligned, optimizing solutions and ensuring value. You will influence activity across the product lifecycle and serve as a key liaison between external suppliers and client stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential to engage with software development teams, service managers, IT specialists, and end-users to gather and articulate clear, evidence-based requirements with a focus on customer needs.
