Are you looking to further your skills as an experienced Business Analyst? We are currently working with a superb organisation that is looking to expand their team. The client is an award-winning, top-tier consultancy working within Defence, Security, and Central Government.

The Business Analyst will assist with the delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Work with the Product Owner and/or Delivery Manager to establish and maintain a prioritised product, programme, or project backlog.
2. Collaborate with designers to create and iterate prototypes for services or products to solve user problems.
3. Must have previous experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
4. Define business process improvements for products or services, providing clear benefits and contributing to delivery plans.
5. Utilise insights from user research and metrics to inform business analysis approaches and communicate decisions clearly.
6. Be an expert in agile delivery, selecting suitable processes and measuring success.
7. Run workshops with team and stakeholders to build strategic relationships.
8. Must have Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance.
