Job Description

Our client is seeking a visionary senior talent professional to join the digital/influencer division. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of the creator economy, a proven track record in high-profile talent management, and exceptional skills in devising long-term talent strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a diverse roster of digital-first talent.
2. Line manage a team of Talent Assistants and Junior Agents.
3. Develop short and long-term talent strategies for creators, including opportunities across revenue streams such as broadcast, podcasts, IP, and literary.
4. Identify and onboard digital talent to enhance the agency’s portfolio.
5. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with international brands, ensuring talent alignment with brand values and objectives.
6. Confidentially negotiate and manage high-profile contracts and agreements.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent management.
2. Expert knowledge of the creator economy and the wider entertainment industry.
