  • Mobile Device Pro: Experience with tools like Airwatch, with the ability to configure and support mobile and desktop hardware.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate with data, efficient in documentation, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
  • Team Player: Great communicator who can collaborate across departments and explain technical issues in plain English.
  • Problem Solver: Solutions-focused with a proactive attitude—ready to tackle challenges before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage user accounts, email mailboxes, and assign/remove Microsoft licenses
  • Administer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for new users
  • Maintain and update Active Directory (AD) and contact records
  • Set up and manage mobile devices for new starters using Airwatch
  • Provide daily IT support to engineers and office staff—including password resets, Microsoft 365 help, and general troubleshooting
  • Manage and update internal email services, distribution groups, and rules
  • Monitor and configure business-specific systems, including IRIS, PM calls, and site information
  • Create new sites, monitoring regimes, and contracts in line with service requirements
  • Prepare and distribute PM call notifications and weekly/monthly schedules
  • Support and maintain SharePoint and business file systems
  • Assist with onboarding, ensuring devices and accounts are ready for new starters
  • Document internal processes and continuously look for ways to improve IT efficiency
  • Provide support for software migrations and system upgrades (e.g., ShareGate, BitTitan)
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with tech trends
