Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing procurement data, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
• Proficiency with procurement tools and MS Office suite
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and data analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with technical RFQ documentation
• Post graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure industrial parts, consumables, and tools for the oil & gas sector

Review RFQs, identify required items, and engage with suitable suppliers

Place purchase orders and negotiate competitive quotations

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

Act as the key liaison between suppliers and end-users

Prepare and submit tender documents professionally and accurately

Proactively explore and pursue new business opportunities

Support client engagement and market research initiatives.

Compensation: £30,960 annually(£15.88 per hour)
