The Data Management Lead supports all aspects of configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. The role involves working on problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Citizen Developer & Collaboration: Attend and become a citizen developer, collaborating with Contact Center, Billing and Enrollment leadership, and IT. Identify AI and RPA opportunities, and build and maintain attended and unattended BOTs.
2. Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze, coordinate, process, and resolve complex issues related to eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, referrals/authorizations, network operations, access to care, and TRICARE policies.
3. Strategic Advice & Decision Making: Advise executives on developing functional strategies, exercise independent judgment on complex issues, and determine the best course of action.

Qualifications & Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract
• Interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS)
• Reside outside Puerto Rico, as per contract restrictions
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience
• Minimum 2 years of project leadership experience
• Experience building and maintaining analytic data sets
• Proficiency with ad-hoc query tools and data repositories
• At least 2 years of experience using SQL
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets

Work from Home & Travel

• Minimum internet speeds: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
• Work from a dedicated, interruption-free space to protect PHI/HIPAA information
• Occasional travel to company offices may be required

Additional Details

Annual salary ranges from $106,900 to $147,000, with potential bonuses based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, disability, life insurance, and more.
