The team is responsible for the delivery of safe, reliable, and well-presented trains to the right quality, cost, and on time. About the job?
To provide advanced technical support and fault finding for rolling stock. Support the development of fleet modifications to improve performance, planned and ad-hoc mentoring and development of colleagues, enhanced incident response coverage attending incidents, and the collection & review of incident data and investigation of repeat defects, technical delays, and fleet performance.
Support the wider LTV team by implementing changes as required by GWR, and assist in improving business performance of the areas under the responsibility of the LTV Fleet Manager.

The salary for the role is £52,756.
About the location:
The main place of work is at Reading Train Care depot, but you may be required to attend LTV outstations and provide in-service support.
Working Pattern:
The roster is a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends and nights.
