A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join their Ware manufacturing site. The role involves conducting product testing and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, while working collaboratively to maintain product supply and drive improvements. Ideal candidates will have GMP experience and strong problem-solving skills, contributing to a dynamic team focused on producing high-quality respiratory devices and medicines.
We are looking for a forward-thinking person to join our world-class team to support the Ware manufacturing site’s laboratories. We seek someone who can innovate processes and work collaboratively to drive the lab forward, while maintaining product supply.
The Laboratory Analyst is central to our site operations. You will carry out product testing and analysis to support the laboratory team in providing a consistent flow of safe, efficacious, and compliant products. You must ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and EHS regulations. The role involves teamwork within the lab and with external departments to maintain supply, solve problems, and drive improvements.
This role suits a motivated individual with GMP experience. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and be committed to continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and good communication are essential. Attention to detail and a mindset for ongoing improvement are also required.
Our site produces Respiratory devices and Oral Solid Dose medicines, employing approximately 1,500 staff. It is a key site for launching new medicines and high-volume production of respiratory devices.
