A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Laboratory Analyst for their Ware manufacturing site. The role involves supporting the Quality Control process, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and contributing to the production of safe and efficacious products. Ideal candidates will have strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
We are looking for a forward-thinking person to join our world-class team to support the Ware manufacturing site’s laboratories. We seek someone who can innovate our processes, work within a team to drive the lab forward, and ensure continued product supply.
This role supports the Micronised Substances Quality Control (MSQC) process.
The Laboratory Analyst plays a core role at the site. Responsibilities include carrying out product testing and analysis to support the laboratory team in providing a consistent flow of safe, efficacious, and compliant products. The role requires maintaining GMP standards and compliance with EHS regulations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain supply, solve problems, and improve processes.
The ideal candidate is motivated, experienced in GMP environments, and thrives in fast-paced settings. Strong teamwork, communication skills, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous improvement are essential.
The site produces respiratory devices and oral solid doses, employing approximately 1,500 staff. It is pivotal in launching new medicines and manufacturing high-volume respiratory products.
