Amentum is the Design and Engineering partner for Sellafield under the PPP (Programme and Project Partners). This 20‑year arrangement delivers ~£7bn of major projects. We are recruiting high‑value expertise from regulated and comparable sectors to work in a collaborative environment. PPP delivers major projects, site‑wide improvements and supporting services.
The Sellafield Product & Residue Store (SPRS) Retreatment Plant (SRP) Project will provide a facility that receives Special Nuclear Material (SNM) from existing stores across the Sellafield site and processes it into a form suitable for safe and secure storage.
To support the delivery of the SRP Project, we are seeking an EC&I Engineer to join the design team. Responsibilities of this position include assisting in the delivery of mechanical handling systems – specifically package transfer systems and storage outside of Glovebox Lines – as well as building services systems including cranes, FLTs and lifts.
