Job summary

NUVIA UK, a VINCI Construction subsidiary, is growing its Technical Services & Consulting team with hybrid opportunities across the country. We are building a multidisciplinary group to deliver high‑integrity instrumentation, monitoring and remote handling solutions for regulated sectors.

We seek engineers with a degree in electrical or electronic engineering, strong communications, and experience in regulated environments to design, document, and deliver safe, compliant projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering required.
• Proven ability to derive engineering solutions via optioneering.
• Experience in regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Deriving high level engineering solutions through structured optioneering processes; down-selection of instrumentation, automated monitoring, and remote handling systems.
• Performing plant configuration walkdowns to confirm and record plant baseline.
• Producing design drawings and documentation at all applicable stages of the process.
• Ensuring deliverables are completed in line with client checking and approval processes.
• Interact with clients and team members at all levels to ensure project alignment.

• Experience of specifying and down-selection of process instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience of structured requirements management / optioneering practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in highly-regulated industries.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with people at all levels.
