Job summary

Assystem is seeking a design-focused engineer to join its nuclear decommissioning group in Warrington. You will work with EC&I RE and Area Engineering Manager to deliver design packages, including specifications, drawings, and analysis, ensuring compliance with time, cost and quality requirements.

The role offers hybrid working with 1–2 days remote per week and opportunities across a global engineering portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical services design within regulated environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulation.

Responsibilities

• Support EC&I RE and Area Engineering Manager in design delivery.
• Produce design work packages including specs, drawings, analysis, verification.
• Ensure compliance with time, cost and quality targets.

• To support the EC& I RE and Area Engineering Manager in the delivery of design
• To produce engineering design work packages (specification, drawing, analysis, verification or assessment of engineering)
• satisfy the legal and functional requirements along with the associated performance conditions to the agreed time, cost and quality.
