Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an EC&I Digital Design Lead to drive the digital delivery of Electrical, Control & Instrumentation projects. You will lead EC&I design activities in Autodesk Revit, coordinate with other disciplines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

You will mentor designers, support BIM implementation, and promote innovation across EC&I digital delivery for nuclear projects in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Revit proficiency for EC&I design
• Experience in EC&I projects, preferably in regulated environments
• Ability to mentor and guide junior designers

Responsibilities

• Lead EC&I digital design activities using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop and maintain EC&I BIM standards, templates, and content libraries.
• Ensure models and deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate EC&I designs with other engineering disciplines.
• Support model reviews, quality checks, and compliance activities.
• Drive improvements through digital tools, automation, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to designers and technicians.
• Work with Information Management teams to support BIM and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Promote innovation, consistency, and excellence across EC&I digital delivery.
