Job summary

A well-established, successful and expanding Engineering & Building Support Services provider to the built environment are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their expanding HVAC department supporting a number of contracts across the commercial sector throughout Central Scotland on a full-time permanent basis.

This position and work involved offers huge variation where no two days are the same incorporating all aspects of mechanical building services across Commercial Gas/Heating/Pipework and associated services where you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, breakdown, repairs and small project works to include but not limited to:

* Boilers

* Water Heaters/Cylinders

* Pumps

* Booster sets

* Pressurization units

* Calorifiers

* AHUs

Essential requirements:

* Served recognised apprenticeship

* ACS Commercial Gas qualified

* Highly skilled in all aspects of commercial gas servicing and repair work

* Good problem-solving skills

* Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills

* Full UK Drivers Licence

* Willing to contribute to working overtime

* Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks

Due to the organisations continued expansion, they are looking for engineers to come in and put their own stamp on things and as a business they hire on succession planning and with every member of staff that is brought in, there is a clear line of progression
