This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a leadership role within a growing and highly regarded team. You’ll work on a variety of high-quality projects across sectors including industrial, residential, retail and logistics.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and delivering multiple construction projects across a range of sectors
• Acting as the main client liaison, building strong and lasting relationships
• Managing budgets, programmes, risks and reporting across each project stage
• Overseeing consultant teams and contractor performance
• Contributing to business growth, team development, and mentoring junior staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Chartered (MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB) or working towards chartership
• Consultancy-side project management experience is essential
• Demonstrated leadership on multi-sector projects
• Strong client-facing, organisational, and communication skills
• Proactive and ambitious, with a clear desire to progress into senior leadership
